Should I include the DJ in the head count?: No, do not include the DJ in the head count. The Dj's are encouraged not to eat on the job or else to provide their own food.
What should I provide for the DJ?: The best thing you can provide for the DJ(s) is a well thought out plan, including a good place for them to set up their equipment. Have in mind any announcements you want them to make or special accommodations, as well as song requests. No material items should be necessary.
Should I tip the DJ?: While tips are graciously accepted, they are not required. Tip the DJ if you think he did an outstanding job; But remember, referrals are the best kind of tip there is!
Where are you based/where will you travel to?: We are based out of Western/Central Mass. We are willing to travel nearly anywhere in Massachusetts and some parts of Connecticut. Mileage fees will be added to the total if it is more than 30 miles from us. (unless a premier package was chosen)
What kinds of music do you play?: We have a large collection of music that can satisfy any type of client, including 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, Country, Hip-hop, Electronic, pop, dance, etc.
What instruments can I expect from the performance/instrumental packages?: We have a DJ who is very skilled at the saxophone. He will be playing, in synch with back music, at events that would like the instrumental package. As for the performance package, both a saxophone and trumpet player will be performing.
